Cost: $3,550 before fundraising
What: This is a tour of clubs (not schools) in the SW of Britain. There are 5 games in 16 days against U19 opposition. Although this is a junior tour the players will be treated as adults and expected to behave as such.
Objective: To bind this group of exceptional young men to:
The game – they are tremendous players and ambassadors;
The Club – this is the strongest group to have moved through the club in recent years;
Each other – these young men are bound for success in life and will be huge asset to each other.

Advertising space will be sold in the Tour Program - details to follow. Parents are encouraged to find advertisers.
An Alumni Night will be held in early-to-mid 2010 (TBD). The Tour will be a feature at this event. We will be allowed to make a presentation and ask for pledges.
This will be the usual dinner and silent auction event. Target audience is parents and friends. Parents are asked to provide items for the auction.
Players, parents and friends can sign up for 3-day shifts at either Whistler and/or Cypress Bowl during the Olympics, Feb.13 – 28. Volunteers work 10hr shifts @ $10 per hour, which equates to $300/block donation to the tour. Meals, accommodation, transportation and uniforms are all provided. A raffle will be held from Dec/1 through Dec/21. Parents are asked to donate prizes.
A Comedy Night was held at the Sin Bin on Saturday Sep/26. $900 was raised through ticket sales and beer specials.
Trevor and Miriam Jackson (Brian's parents) of Splitz Grill have been donating 10% of the till every Monday since August. This is awsome, as are the burgers at Splitz. Please drop in to Splitz whenever you're feeling peckish in the area of 4242 Main at 26th.
